So we are already done with the first two part of the series of how I lost my weight, the first part was all about Self Love. Accept yourself and give importance to yourself. Second part was all about how when and why you should drink water and the mistake that people usually commit while drinking water. So coming to the third part, that is, the importance of sleep in our lifestyle.

I belong to a traditional Indian family there they believe in going to bed early and waking up. Early in the morning. This was how I bought up. But after some time when I started living alone my sleep cycle was disturbed. I started going to bed really late and waking up really late as soon as I woke up, I started having my breakfast with no physical activity, no exercise, nothing and I gained tremendous amount of weight.

BE AN EARLY RISER

Waking up early ensures that you have a good amount of time for yourself, your physical activity. Sleeping early ensures that you have a good amount of sleep before you are ready to face the challenges of the world. So, make sure that you sleep well, early, and wake up early.

Sleep is like nutritient for the brain. Most people need between 7 and 9 hours each night. Get less than that, and your body will react. So a good night's sleep is incredibly important for your health. If you have a good night rest, then most probably the next day your mood will be elevated. So it was earlier rightly said we have to get up early in the morning. Get our work done then only we used to have the food. So sleep is just as important as eating healthy and exercising. There are several different ways that poor sleep or lack of sleep can play a role in reaching or maintaining a healthy weight. When you understand the impact that sleep can have, you may feel inspired to set up and honor a new bedtime ritual.Always follow Sleeping with the moon waking up with the sun. This is how nature perform. This is how God created and we are no one to interfere with the God’s creation.

Nature has provided with the best resources, nature is the best teacher. We should never go against the nature or it will always backfire. Seasonal fruits should be eaten in that particular season alone, or else your body will not accept that , you should sleep with the moon and wake with the sun. See our body is very much intelligent. It knows what it needs to make you function really. Well, it will start showing certain kinds of symptom to you when you are not getting good amount of sleep.
